Nabil Ahmed is the Director and Owner of Integral Global. He founded IG with the vision of assisting federal agencies’ reach into hard-to-access parts of the world. Nabil has extensive experience working with Ministries of Health and international non-governmental organizations. Since founding IG in 2016, Nabil has grown the company’s footprint in multiple countries around the globe. IG received its 8(a) small business certification in 2020 and has since received multiple contracts under Nabil’s leadership. Nabil has delivered lectures and training in several countries. In the near future, Nabil hopes to lead the IG team to strategically expand its global portfolio to best meet the changing needs of its clients.
Formerly, Nabil served as a staff member of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from 2007 to 2016. His roles included serving as a Public Health Advisor for multiple Field Epidemiology Training Programs in the Middle East, South Asia, Central Asia, and Central America. Nabil was also the Deputy Branch Chief of the Global Disease Detection program for three years. He has worked in Pakistan on the Global Polio Eradication Initiative. Nabil was the Global Health Security lead for the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Disease at the Office of the Director before he left CDC.
