In 2020, Integral Global Consulting (IGC) provided support to the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to facilitate whole genome sequencing of Crimean Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF). This project was in collaboration with the Pakistan National Institute of Health (NIH). CCHF is a highly endemic and seasonal pathogen in Pakistan and improved diagnostics and detection assisted the Government of Pakistan in detecting and controlling this virus.
