Derek Reynolds is a senior executive with more than 35 years of experience in the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, Asia and the US supporting nonprofits in strategic planning, organizational development, building high performing teams, donor engagement, revenue and resource mobilization, donor compliance, finance and capacity building. Derek provides this expertise to Integral Global’s senior leadership to support program expansion and impact. Derek has experience in multiple sectors including Global Health, Global Health Security, Education, Technology, Human Rights, Humanitarian/Emergency Assistance, Climate Change and Organizational Capacity Building.
Derek has secured funding from both public and private sectors, and major donor entities including USAID, CDC, NIH, FCDO, the World Bank, InterAmerican Development Bank, the Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, WHO, UNITAID, UN Agencies, private banks and a number of foreign Ministries and Governments.
Derek holds an MA from Illinois State University and has proficiency in several foreign languages, including Arabic, Spanish and French.
