Carlos N. Lopez serves as a Public Health Analyst III at Integral Global, where he supports our Pakistan portfolio and contributes across the broader cooperative agreement work of the organization. Carlos brings more than a decade of federal operations, cooperative agreement management, and global health program leadership to the team.
Carlos spent nine years at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, most recently as a Cooperative Agreement Specialist within the Division of Global HIV and TB, where he managed over $100 million across a seven-country PEPFAR portfolio spanning Cameroon, Lesotho, Mozambique, Rwanda, Viet Nam, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. His CDC career included international deployments to South Africa, the Dominican Republic, and Kenya, and he was recognized with the CDC Global Health Director’s Award for Administrative Excellence in 2017.
Carlos holds a Contracting Officer’s Representative Level I Certification, a Grant Solutions Program Officer Certification, and multiple federal project officer and travel administration certifications.
