IGC provided support to the CDC to facilitate whole genome sequencing of Crimean Congo Hemorrhagic Fever in collaboration with the Pakistan National Institute of Health. CCHF is a highly endemic and seasonal pathogen in Pakistan and improved diagnostics and detection will assist the Government of Pakistan to detect and control this virus.
