Operations Lead

Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities: Operations Lead – tasks include but are not limited to: –

  • General Backstop to take care of administrative items
  • Leading Business Operations Strategy and Implementation
  • Liaise with professional service providers (Human Resource, Legal, Insurance, etc.)
  • Process standardization
  • Legal Document Review (business lens)
  • All things tech and supplies
  • Interpret and enforce company policy
  • Monitor timecards and reporting goals
  • Retain Operational agility
  • General office management
  • Daily Operations

Skills and Qualifications: Skills and qualifications for an operations lead should have good time management and organizational skills. This position will require day-to-day operations, communication, logistics, and more.

Education & Experience –

  • 5 or more years of Operation Leadership experience

  • Time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Work Environment: – This position is in a professional office environment. You will be expected to sit at a desk and use company equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and scanners.

Physical Demands: – This position requires you to be sitting for extended periods of time, the ability to talk on the phone, use a keyboard to type, and the occasional situation where you must lift items to move them.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: – Full-time (40hrs+/week). Onsite requirements of 3 days onsite in Atlanta, GA.
