Integral Global Consulting (IGC) is an 8(a) Small Business Certified firm that works with US and international government organizations, health sectors, and other consulting groups to develop and implement sustainable public health solutions. IGC has strong in-country partnerships with organizations that can rapidly mobilize to support the needs of our partners. With a strong track record of working with Ministries of governments in Central Asia, South Asia, the Middle East and sub-Sahara Africa, our team has extensive knowledge of in-country operations through a variety of mechanisms that allow us to support partners in achieving goals. Over the last five years, IGC has had extensive impact coordinating and implementing public health programs, including epidemiological and laboratory training, outbreak investigations, infrastructure development for capacity building programs, and logistical needs. Integral has worked with agencies such as USAID, the Department of State, the Department of Defense, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Through these partnerships, we have effectively managed inter-agency coordination between government and non-governmental partners to bring resources where they are most needed.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate message strategies that meet public health mission and goals.
- Provide marketing and communications expertise in the development and implementation of printed and online publications, websites, presentations, and collateral materials.
- Partner with organizations and implementing partners to develop effective and cost-efficient opportunities for message planning, research, message development, and message delivery.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal staff, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop content for posting on various digital media outlets, including ensuring consistency across communication channels and working within state requirements and guidelines.
- Ensure communication activities are based on accepted principles, methods, and best practices.
- Provide project management for events and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in a public health setting or equivalent combination of education and experience. Masters’ degree is preferred.
Experience
- Knowledge and Understanding of PEPFAR and Global Health Programs policy and communications standards.
- Experience collaborating with international organizations and implementing partners to develop effective communication strategies and materials.
Skills
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills required. Experience writing talking points and/or briefing documents for leadership preferred.
- Strong organizational skills required, with high attention to detail and ability to drive details towards the bigger picture/strategy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional coordination skills, including the ability to manage and respond to multiple requests and priorities in a timely manner.
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and staff across technical lanes, job categories, and levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge in issues management, responding to requests and inquiries timely and effectively.
