II. Major Functions
The Budget, Grants, and Full-Charge Bookkeeper owns the end-to-end accounting cycle, project-based financial tracking, and federal compliance workflows. This hands-on role manages daily data entry, full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll administration, and staff time-tracking against project budgets. The incumbent ensures all financial activities strictly adhere to US Federal Government (USG) policies, maintains the general ledger in an "audit-ready" state, and supports annual audit preparations
