Public Health Analyst

As an Public Health Analyst you will:
-Serve as the principal advisor and direct and oversee multi-functional program activities involving a broad and complex range of public health programs that are operated overseas.
-Manage multiple projects and programs operating concurrently.
-Analyze collected data and findings and interpret complex legislative, regulatory, and/or policy guidance for use in managing overseas public health programs.
-Develop and implement strategies and plans for meeting overseas objectives.
-Establish and forge relationships with international organizations to collaborate and facilitate the development and integration of operating public health program initiatives and activities across a broad area.
Conduct short- and long-term planning, program development, program analysis, and program evaluations. Serve as an analyst responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating large public health program(s), projects, and/or study activities. Establish program standards, policies, strategies, goals, and evaluation plans in conjunction with senior staff. Collects and interprets data and information from a variety of sources and prepares recommendations accordingly Manage public health grants, cooperative agreements, and contracts. Searches, synthesizes and interprets information relevant to public health Supports team in preparation of reports and activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
The Public Health Analyst will report to the Director of Integral Global.
Occasional travel – You may be expected to travel for this position (10-25%).
A master’s degree in public health, a master’s of science degree in public health or health education, or a master’s in development practice from an accredited school preferred.
Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience which is directly related to the position which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position to include experience in providing scientific leadership in formulating, developing, implementing and evaluating public health programs and scientific studies/surveys designed to improve public health programs.
Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
