Over the past three years, Integral Global (IG) has supported CDC’s PEO and PAEO by implementing strategies and recommendations within the framework of CDC Moving Forward. IG assists with strategic planning, training, communication, material development, and leadership retreats. As part of this initiative, IG and its subcontractor have provided strategic guidance to the Office of the Director at CDC to implement broad-scale revisions, improve processes, set goals for program efficiency, and develop new initiatives to enhance the agency’s ability to deliver quality public health programs to CDC’s partners both inside and outside the agency.
